Today, as the founder and director of boutique Queensland-based consultancy Polevault, Julie continues to indulge her passion for helping individuals, teams and organisations find their leadership performance edge.
The veteran consultant is herself a high achiever in her field. As the winner of the Robin K Gray award for Top Masters Student in her UWA Masters in Education Course, she has continued to pursue her love of organisational behaviour, leadership and helping people maximise their potential.
She has completed numerous professional development courses including the Certificate in Entrepreneurism and Innovation (Masters Level) at Swinburne University.
Julie is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA) and is an Associate Director for the Mt Eliza Centre for Executive Development.
She is accredited in a wide range of behavioural profiling tools and is certified in Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Engagement Coaching. She is qualified in Acceptance Commitment Therapy and has a strong sports psychology background.
